How Gingiberi Equis Can Help
Posture and Balance
Muscle Comfort and Recovery
Calm, Horse-Centred Bodywork
Gentle support for older horses, returning-to-work horses and those needing ongoing maintenance care.
Supporting how your horse carries themselves for healthier, more comfortable movement.
Helping reduce recurring tightness and tension patterns that affect wellbeing and ease of movement.
You Might Be in the Right Place If…

-
Your horse feels slightly uneven or "not quite themselves"
-
You've noticed subtle posture changes or a shortened stride
-
They are returning to work after time off
-
You want calm, collaborative support alongside your vet, farrier or saddle fitter
-
You value a gentle, horse-centred approach

My approach is gentle, observational, and always guided by the horse’s comfort
supporting the body to move more freely over time.
A Calm, Thoughtful Approach
Every horse presents differently, and no two sessions are ever the same.

My Work begins with quiet observation - assessing posture, balance and movement before any hands-on work begins. This helps me understand how the body has adapted and where tension may be held.

I do not rush to "fix" or force change. Instead, I aim to support the horse in sotening protective, compensatory patterns and reorganising movement gradually and repectfully.

Equine bodywork works best as part of a wider whole-horse approach, alongside appropriate veterinary care, dentistry, farriery and saddle fitting.

What to Expect From a Session
1
Observe & Listen
I begin by observing your horse at rest and in movement, noting posture, balance and any areas of tension. This helps guide the session and ensures the work is appropriate for the horse on the day.
2
Hands-On Bodywork
Gentle, considered techniques are applied in response to how your horse presents on the day, allowing time for soft tissue to respond without force.
3
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Following the session, you'll receive feedback on findings along with simple guidance to support comfort and consistency between visits.
